Women's 4-Week Strength Training Introduction Classes + free coffee (sold out!)
This female and female-identifying only strength training program will provide students the ability and confidence to train in a gym environment. The cost of the 4-week program is $5 per session ($20 total) and will run each Wednesday from 11am to 11:45am on the below dates in May/June, with a free coffee from Real Foods after each session! Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing for each session.
