This International students only strength training program will provide students the ability and confidence to train in a gym environment. The cost of the 4-week program is $5 per session ($20 total) and will run each Wednesday from 1:15pm to 2:00pm on the below dates in August/September, with a free goodie bag provided by Medibank. Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing for each session.

These small group personal training sessions (max. group of 6) will be run by a fully qualified and experienced male trainer.
