This female and female-identifying only strength training program will provide students the ability and confidence to train in a gym environment. The cost of the 4-week program is $5 per session ($20 total) and will run each Wednesday from 10am to 10:45am on the below dates in May/June, with a free coffee from Real Foods after each session! Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing for each session.

These small group classes will be run by a fully qualified and experienced female trainer.

Strength training provides a vast array of physical and mental health benefits, and will give you the confidence, experience, and knowledge to exercise in a gym environment.
