Kung Fu Club

"I started training with the Kung Fu club back in 1998, at the beginning of my undergrad study. The physical and mental discipline of learning a martial art has benefits that go far beyond learning to kick or punch. Being healthier and more resilient helps you to manage the (many!) challenges you'll encounter at uni and beyond, and the network of contacts you'll make is more valuable than any subject you'll ever study. Many of the friends I've made through the club have become like family over the years."
