Karate is one of the most highly practised martial arts in the world. It’s an art where you use your own hands and legs as weapons. In the process of practising the techniques, defensive and offensive body movements are used coordinated with mind concentration.

The art develops an individual with “A Sound Mind in a Sound Body” and also helps in the overall well-being integrated with discipline. The Karate Club, provides a friendly environment to practise and to develop their skills.

We practise Flexible Exercises, Fundamental and Advanced Techniques, Kata, Kumite, Self-Defence Movements and we also do Yoga and Meditation. Karate Club is open to everyone, there is no age limit and you do not need any previous martial arts background.
