Errors Registration / Membership / Payment Issue
Issues while registering for membership:
Remember, a "2023 Student Life Clubs Participation Form" must be filled in in the account registration process.
On the mobile version, it does get some error. Try to go back to the cart again and check out; it should be able to redirect/open the confirmation form.
Registration Vs Membership
Please note that
Registration
on the RMIT website and
Membership
are two different things.
Registering on
RMIT Student Life
is mandatory to secure any ticket and necessitates sign-up / sign-in.
RMIT students can sign up / sign in using their student email, while others can use their personal email addresses.
Membership, however, is optional. For privileged access, it involves joining a specific club, such as the RMIT Pickleball Club.
Club membership provides benefits like early access to event announcements, limited free tickets, discounted tickets, and exclusive members-only events.
RMIT Pickleball Membership 2023
Membership is available for RMIT Students as well as General Public (Non-RMIT student / Community).
All Membership Expires on 15 Dec of the current year.
How to Register: Here is the step you can follow:
Remember to choose a suitable membership.
Expect two emails; one is welcome and the other is
verify email.
Non-Member Registration and Ticket: Step by Step
You don't need to be a member to get the ticket; however, as discussed above, registration on RMIT Student LIfe is a must.

Register with your email address, RMIT student or personal email address.

Error 1: Unnecessary Popup
Error in Mobile Version: What to do Next?
It feels like website is frozen, no link works, and nothing happens.
This is the first error you will get, and it will keep coming even after closing.
It will be hidden at the bottom of the screen, so sometimes you have to scroll to the bottom.
Close it every time you see it.
Error 2: Registration Form Error
As discussed above, to be a member, you need to fill out a form.
Remember to click "Please Review here" and fill out that form.
Error 3: Shopping Card is stuck
Some items may be stuck in your cart, and even after deleting them, they return to the cart
and don't allow you to proceed with payment.
In these cases, click on the button
View order history
and when the next page appears, use the drop-down menu of the respective order and delete that order.

Try to resolve using the Error 3 method, otherwise we don't have a solution at the moment.
Create a new account using the alternative email address or ask a friend to make a booking.
