University Basketball League

The University Basketball League Australia (UBL) is a national university basketball competition first established in 2021. RMIT will be entering it's third year within the competition in 2024.

Fourteen universities from six states across Australia participate in the competition in both men’s and women’s divisions. The 2024 UBL season will tip off on 20 March 2024, with nine rounds of home and away games and three weeks of finals concluding with grand finals on 29 May 2024.  All games are live streamed free and on demand through UniSportTV.

Important Dates:

• 4 February- Trials at RMIT Sports Centre 
• 1 March - Practice Match against Deakin University 
• 20 March - 29 May-  UBL Season, including finals
