This female and female-identifying only strength training program will provide students the ability and confidence to train in a gym environment. The cost of the 4-week program is $5 per session ($20 total) and will run each Wednesday from 11am to 11:45am on the below dates in July/August, with a free beverage from the Flying Turtle vending machine at the end of the program. Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing for each session.

These small group classes will be run by a fully qualified and experienced female trainer.

Strength training provides a vast array of physical and mental health benefits, and will give you the confidence, experience, and knowledge to exercise in a gym environment.
