Yoga is one of the oldest forms of physical exercise meant to strengthen your posture, endurance, life systems and spiritual progress. In the ancient world, one can trace it’s origin to India but over the last 10,000 years, people all around the world have adopted it as the most authentic, powerful and sublime system of achieving perfection.

We have Yoga Asana session day for you (beginner’s level): On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Venue: 08.03.10 (City campus)

Although most yoga sessions are held here please check the posts on the particular day for confirmation.

Mandatory Instruction: 

  1. Bring your ‘membership card’ to attend the session. If you don’t have membership card, come at least 30 minutes earlier to collect your card. Membership Fee (includes membership card) is just $3 for student and $5 for non-student for the whole year of 2020.
  2. Yoga Session fee (per session) is just $2 (special prices when booking for multiple sessions)

Instructions for Yoga sessions:

  1. YOGA MAT will be provided.
  2. Help us to start on time by arriving 15 minutes before the session commencement in order to sign in, prepare yourself, roll your mat, etc…
  3. If you make an advance payment for the session (i.e. paying for the session at least 2 hours before it commences), please note that if you come late (i.e. 10 minutes after the class commences) you may not be guaranteed a seat and you will have to forfeit the amount paid.
  4. Wear comfortable clothes which do not hamper flexibility and movement.
  5. The session is strictly for club members only.
