The RMIT University Kendo Club provides students and staff the opportunity to practice the art of Kendo in a safe and structured environment.
The RMIT University Kendo Club was established in 2015 and aims to provide students and staff of RMIT University as well as members of the general public the opportunity to learn and practice the art of Kendo in a safe and structured environment. The RMIT University Kendo Club will strive to provide all of its members with an opportunity to achieve their individual goals through intense training sessions. The RMIT University Kendo Club is affiliated with the Victorian Kendo Renmei (VKR), the Australian Kendo Renmei (AKR) and Federation of International Kendo (FIK).
COVID-19
All participants are required to follow the club's COVID policies. This includes but is not limited to wearing masks at all times and being fully vaccinated.
When
Beginners: Thursday 6:30pm-8:30pm
Classes for new members begin in Week 1 of Semester 1.
Where
Beginners: Classes for new members will be held in Flemington.
