Student Band Society

The RMIT Student Band Society is a forum for the musicians of RMIT's Students and Alumni, as well as the public. In which the opportunity to be inspired, jam and find new friends through music is created! There are no auditions, as a valid member of the SBS, you can show up to a scheduled meeting and join in on the fun, only requirement is to bring your instruments, noise makers and leads along. Audio and sound are on site, alongside other basic backline equipment such as drums, further queries about specific available backline gear and hire can be sent to the club email linked below. Times, places and booking:

Club meeting place:  Saturdays & Sundays all day in the RMIT Creative Space Building 8, Level 2, Room 3 and Room 7. Thursdays Building 6 Level 1 Room 5. 

To book a room, email or message us on Instagram us to be added to the Facebook Groupcast where you can book a the room for a period of time, and find other members to join you! (if you don't have Facebook, email the club email and we can book times in through there too).
