Trips and Tours
Depart Melbourne heading to the south east of Victoria to the spectacular Mornington Peninsula. Heading straight to Arthurs Seat where you will have morning tea at Mornington Peninsula beach and Port Phillip Bay. Then it’s off to explore Cape Shank National Park. Several lookouts have spectacular views over the geological formations called Pulpit Rock and the Devils Desk, which were created millions of years ago. Enjoy lunch (Salad Roll, chips and water provided) at Fingal Picnic Area located 2km north of the Cape. Walking tracks lead to lookouts with spectacular views of basalt cliffs and Fingal Beach, which is exposed at low tide.
After Lunch it’s off to the Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs. The thermal mineral water temperature varies from pool to pool, ranging from 36ºC to 43ºC. The water contains a range of naturally occurring minerals including sulphur, calcium, magnesium, potassium and many others. The gentle aroma comes from the sulphur content.
